We help nonprofits and other social enterprises achieve their missions by targeting performance gaps impacting the organization. When working with client organizations, we seek partners who are excited about the opportunity to work with college students in the service-learning process. If you are willing to work in virtual or tele-commuting relationships and are interested in receiving volunteer help from college students as part of one of our service-learning projects, please contact us.

We are always looking for mentors to support the college student volunteers and their service-learning projects. This support could come in the form of one-to-one mentorship with the student or project team, or in an advisory capacity during our live or asynchronous project discussions with volunteers and nonprofit organizations. Mentor candidates must possess a strong academic background and work experience in instructional design, performance improvement, or a related field to support the student volunteers as they tackle their projects.

If you are a currently enrolled instructional design college student interested in gaining real-world experience as an instructional design and performance improvement consultant, please contact us. Our pro bono service-learning projects are completed by volunteer college students who are enrolled in instructional design and performance improvement programs. Once we receive notice of your interest, we will contact you when projects become available.

GET INVOLVED

Our goal is to closely align our service-learning projects with the academic and experiential learning needs of our student volunteers. To that end, we want to work with professors and other student advisors as partners to find ways to incorporate our service-learning projects with a student’s course, internship, or practicum requirements. If you are a college or university faculty member or student advisor and would like to involve your students within our service-learning projects, please contact us.
